Design consideration-the product distribution and recycling system
RS Medical's Sequential Stimulation therapy is a treatment that uses electrical stimulation to help patients who suffer from painful muscle conditions. As part of my research, I collected data to better understand the distribution and product recycling system, as well as the usability of the product as a patient, and the requirements in the production process.
To ensure that the product is easy to clean and comfortable to use, it has been designed with a continuous shape that provides a natural grip for both users and technicians who refurbish the unit between patients. The product's weight has been optimized, with and without the cable adapter, to streamline the refurbishing process. Additionally, the product's design is ageless and competitive, making it a great choice for patients.
