About

I am a passionate multi-disciplinary designer who provides creative solutions for both the physical and digital world. With a background in industrial design paired with highly innovate thinking, as well as a natural talent in visual design, I bring product solutions to all aspects of product design (UX | UI | ID) for a relevant and compelling user experience. In the last couple years, my career has expanded from traditional industrial design to UX | UI design to provide complete holistic user experience.

Expertise in working with advanced technology and creating business value by defining new product categories that solve real user needs in a fast paced “start-up” environment.

Skilled in user research, design strategy, concept generation, story boarding, 3D modeling and rendering, 3D prototyping, Adobe CS, wireframes, UI development, and User testing.

Born in Tokyo and educated in Japan, Sweden, and the United States, I've been fortunate to work for great companies and clients and collaborate with talented people around the world.

I'm a passionate multicultural and multi-disciplinary designer with a strong background in industrial design and am always thrilled to work in the innovation space where science and technology meet design to create a better world. My focus has been on the human side of technology--how people interact with things, and how things enrich people’s lives.

I’m always learning and embracing challenges. I enjoy all phases of the design process, wondering around and asking “what if” questions, doodling ideas, 3D modeling, tinkering with prototypes, and working with a team to make the impossible possible.
